At Elysian Flower, each floral arrangement is handcrafted with love, care, and attention to detail. Due to the perishable nature of flowers and the customized design of our products, we have specific guidelines around cancellations, refunds, and returns.


1. Order Cancellations

  • For Daily Orders (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries):
    You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund.
  • For Wedding or Event Flowers:
    A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
    Full cancellation must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the event date to avoid additional charges.

2. Refunds & Replacements

Because flowers are perishable, we do not offer refunds once the order has been prepared or delivered. However, we want you to be delighted with your flowers. Please reach out within 24 hours of delivery if:

  • Your flowers arrived damaged or wilted
  • You received the wrong item
  • You have a concern about freshness or quality

If eligible, we may offer:

  • A replacement arrangement
  • Or a store credit for a future order

We may request photos of the arrangement and packaging for quality review.


3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom event orders
  • Wedding deposits and final payments
  • Floral installations
  • Products that have been delivered and accepted in good condition

4. Delivery Issues

If we are unable to deliver due to incorrect address or absence of the recipient, we will attempt to contact you. Re-delivery may incur an additional fee.
Refunds are not guaranteed in these cases.
