Delivery Policy

🚚 Delivery Policy

Effective Date: July 8, 2025

At Elysian Flower, we are committed to ensuring your flowers arrive fresh, beautiful, and on time. Please review our delivery policy below before placing your order.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery to the following areas:

  • Coquitlam
  • Port Moody
  • Port Coquitlam
  • Burnaby
  • New Westminster
  • Vancouver
  • Surrey
  • Selected areas of Metro Vancouver

If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before ordering at 📧 hello@elysianflower.com.


2. Delivery Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday:
    Orders placed will be delivered within the next two business days (unless otherwise arranged).

  • Sundays & Holidays:
    Deliveries are not available unless for weddings or special occasions such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day.


3. Delivery Time Windows

While we cannot guarantee exact times, our delivery times are between 12 pm - 8 pm, we do our best to accommodate preferred delivery windows (e.g., morning or afternoon).

If the delivery is for a business, please note the closing hours in the order notes.


4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our studio in Coquitlam.
The exact fee will be shown at checkout.

  • Local (Coquitlam, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam): $10–$15
  • Extended Areas (Burnaby, New West, Surrey, Vancouver): $15–$30

5. Recipient Availability

Please ensure someone is available to receive the flowers. If no one is home:

  • We may leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot.
  • Or leave a note and arrange for re-delivery (additional fee may apply).
    We are not responsible for damage to flowers left unattended.

6. Incorrect Addresses

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we will contact you for corrections.
Re-delivery may result in additional charges.


7. Event & Wedding Deliveries

Event and wedding deliveries will be scheduled and coordinated in advance. We will work with your venue or planner to ensure a smooth delivery and setup process.
