Delivery Instructions

To ensure your flowers and gifts are delivered successfully, you must provide accurate buzzer codes (if necessary) and the recipient's correct contact information in the note section at checkout. This will help us reach the recipient and make the delivery process smooth. Please verify that the recipient is available at the specified address, and we will contact them hours before the delivery. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, a redelivery fee will apply to arrange a second attempt.
If you choose to leave the arrangement at the front door, we cannot held responsible for stolen or missing items.

The delivery hours are from noon to 8 pm. For special inquiries or time-sensitive orders, please contact us at hello@elysianflower.com for a custom order.


Pick Up Instructions

Pick-ups at 1360 Mitchell St Burke Mountain, Coquitlam

Please note that our studio is not open for walk-ins. Before picking up your order, please give us a call so that we can have it ready for you. When you arrive at our complex, call or text 236-516-6128 and we will meet you at the front door. Thank you for your cooperation!
